由於台股下跌，以及反映央行前一交易日尾盤作價阻升約6分匯價，台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯價今天中午收盤略升3.8分，達29.602元，成交金額4.66億美元。

匯銀人士表示，美國國會敲定預算協定，現在市場預期，聯邦準備理事會（Fed）減碼刺激措施和量化寬鬆政策（QE）退場預期心理升溫，市場回補美元，使得台幣實質偏弱。但是反映央行前一日作價阻升約6分之後，台幣中午略升3.8分，達29.602元。

國際外匯部分，匯銀人士表示，除了日圓較強以外，人民幣、韓元都偏弱。中午12時29分，1美元兌102.58日圓、1054.91韓元；1歐元兌1.3796美元。

台北外匯經紀公司新台幣兌美元匯率今天開盤價為29.660元，盤中最高29.550元、最低29.660元，午盤暫收29.602元，升值3.8分，成交金額4.66億美元。
