蒜頭盛產　雲林縣農會推薦蒜頭料理

雲林縣種植蒜頭面積占全國八成九，今年生產過剩，除了農委會協助辦理外銷，縣農會今天也推出蒜頭料理大餐，提供八道菜色作為民眾料理時的參考，同時將在大台北地區舉辦七場促銷活動。縣農會用蒜頭佈置會場，再加上蒜頭大餐，整個會場空間瀰漫一股濃濃蒜味，與會來賓打趣說：「這是最有味道的記者會了！」

縣農會總幹事簡明欽表示，八道菜色分別是蒜泥干貝、蒜泥醋鱈魚、蒜末鰻魚、蒜子燉土雞、蒜末菠菜捲、蒜泥蒸大蝦、松坂肉蒜片蒸及蒜末香子排，絕對讓民眾食指大動，垂涎欲滴。（寶智華／雲林報導）
