摻用劣油 新北市協商業者從寬處理退貨

疑似摻用劣油的食品逐一經衛生單位釐清並要求下架後，新北市政府法制局於周休假日再指派消保官前往三峽、樹林、新店、中和及三重的大賣場（家樂福、大潤發、愛買）及超市（全聯、松青、頂好、美廉社）查核問題商品的下架情形，經查各經銷業者均已將有疑似的商品進行下架，並對外受理消費者退費。

法制局15日表示，雖有業者或賣場反映其也因這次油品風波而受害，但消保官仍要求生產或經銷的業者對於真正購買食用相關食品的無辜消費者，此時更應儘速並從寬的受理退貨，方可避免衍生不必要的消費糾紛，亦可藉以維護良好的商譽。

法制局指出，對於甫公布疑使用劣油的商品，除肯定部分業者已於所屬官網表明願意回收接受退貨（如廣達香、摩斯漢堡、幾分甜等）外，也建議業者在程序上從寬協助消費者完成退費。
