援交賣屁屁1次10萬　11少坑男86萬

苗栗縣男子張仕民(33歲)因前年家中賣地獲得數百萬元，張男弟弟顧及哥哥要照顧母親，因此將錢交給張男處理。詎料張男竟從前年1月間起到2月間，到網咖找少年，以摸屁股給6千到10萬、口交10萬到20萬的代價，對3名少年口交、8名少年摸屁股，總計花了86.6萬。台中高分院今依違反《兒少法》就張男摸屁股猥褻罪部分判刑10月，可易科罰金，口交性侵部分判刑7月，不得易科罰金，均緩刑3年。可上訴。
 
全案一審時，張男被依猥褻罪判刑1年3月，可易科罰金，口交性侵部分判刑1年，不得緩刑。但二審認為，這11名少年貪圖大筆金錢，而樂於與張性交，還「好糠道相報」，其中還有少年居中當仲介，賺取佣金，行為可議。而張男經鑑定有弱智但意識清楚、無幻覺、妄想情形，只是辨識能力較一般人低，由於他事後已與部分被害少年和解，因此給予緩刑。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
