伊朗核子協議漸具眉目

美國官員19日透露，美國與伊朗核子協議的要點已漸具眉目，主要是將伊朗能夠用來做原子彈的機器數目削減40%，伊朗得到的則是很快脫離一些重大的經濟制裁，以及聯合國對伊朗實施的傳統武器禁運。官員說，對伊朗離心機 (用來做濃縮鈾)數目的限制，將至少持續十年。雙方目前正在談六千具離心機這個上限，原先談的上限是6500，都比伊朗目前運作中的一萬具少，但比華府當初設定的五百到1500多很多。不過美國官員說，只拘泥於離心機的數目，會錯失要點，重要的是限制離心機數目，搭配對濃縮度的限制，以及離心機類型的限制，才是要點，至少能將伊朗做核彈的時間延後一年。
