標題[請問] 台電計算電費是看實際功率還是額定功率?

比如說有些電器上標示額定功率是50W 但標示的電流流入是0.83A，算起來是91W 我實際用勾表去量，電流是0.43A，算出來接47W接近50W 所以為什麼會有這樣的差距 而實際再算電費，是看91W還是50W? --
