幫問 75年次 女 應該冒險轉換到不熟悉的工作嗎@@? 起薪也滿低的，請問大家意見。 現況 PT兩年+正職3年多 [中間有跑去做別的2年多] 朋友介紹，她在這家公司6年 知名連鎖餐飲集團 傳產小公司12年，公司30幾人 制度完善 聽說制度剛剛建立 領班+訓練員 無門檻助理(之後再分配部門) 31000 起薪很低22800-25200(90%進來都一樣) 很難升薪，年薪很難40萬 升薪較快(朋友目前年薪約70萬) 月休8天 月休7-8天不等+有特休可排 8小時/天+中間有空班2個多小時 一天上班8小時 年終一個月 第一年半個月，後面一個月 (朋友已拿3個月UP) 國內員旅 國外旅行(今年去東京) 補助額依個人不同 朋友拿到48K，自己+父母去，不足自貼 不好請假 排休很好 (朋友一年休3次6天以上連假) (農曆年假9-15天) 周末幾乎不能休假 週末可排休(朋友8、9月週末只上一個周六) 特休按勞基法 特休加碼很多(朋友平均已經是周休二日) 站整天 比較少站，大多是辦公室作業 流動率很高 聽說1.5年UP年資的沒人離職 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.134.45.225 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1406282851.A.C80.html ※ 編輯: cnfamily222 (220.134.45.225), 07/25/2014 18:10:08
