鄭捷精神鑑定醫師：藥物輔助是合法程序

新北地院今天上午開庭審理北捷殺人案，凶嫌鄭捷的辯護律師當庭表示，鄭捷在律見時透露在赴醫院精神鑑定時，疑遭醫師以不當的藥物下藥催眠，因此聲請傳喚為鄭捷精神鑑定的醫師到庭接受詰問，合議庭將評議後決定是否傳喚。

台大精神部主治醫師吳建昌說，在與鄭捷的會談中，最後一次的會談中有使用藥物輔助，藥物輔助會談的目的是幫助嫌犯放鬆，解除壓力，以更周全的了解嫌犯的心理狀態，因為在緊張、壓力過大的情緒下，會影響人體的記憶，使用藥物來輔助會談是合法的程序。

吳建昌表示，自己與鄭捷會談多次，而藥物輔助會談並不會當作第一位的鑑定依據，而是以未使用藥物的會談結果作為第一位的鑑定依據，但並非每位嫌犯進行精神鑑定都要使用藥物輔助，而是醫師視嫌犯情況而定，至於使用的藥物則基於偵查不公開無法公布。
