占中情勢升高 我國暫不撤僑

香港占中行動遍地開花，明天又是中國國慶，港人恐擴大罷工罷課，民進黨立委陳其邁質詢提到如果情勢惡化，抗爭民眾衝進特首辦公室，是否會撤僑？

行政院長江宜樺答詢表示，目前沒到那種情況 如果任何地區如果上升到緊張情況，我們內部會有規劃，目前不到撤僑時間，如果發生大量死傷政局動盪，才有撤僑條件。

陳其邁問江揆，陸委會或國安局有否掌握香港局勢？以免香港擴大罷工罷課影響台灣。江揆表示，這兩天發展很關鍵，明天 如果情勢惡化升高，「一定會對週邊國家發產生相當影響」。
