位於屏東市的衛生福利部南區老人之家的老人昨天午餐吃春捲，發生疑似食物中毒，到今天下午5時許，陸續有40人送醫治療。

衛生局接獲食物中毒案後，進行調查，發現出現疑似中毒症狀的老人及院內人員，有人沒吃早餐及晚餐，因此，研判昨天中午院內提供的春捲可能有問題。

衛生局表示，昨天的春捲食材除春捲皮、蛋皮和素火腿是外購熟食品外，其餘都是院內廚師自行加熱烹調食品，有324人食用，到昨晚8時左右陸續有院內老人、社工及照顧人員身體不適，出現嘔吐、腹瀉、腹痛等症狀。

到今天下午5時許，陸陸續續都還有人送醫，從昨天到今天一共有40人出現食物中毒症狀，15人至衛生福利部屏東醫院就醫，其中2人住加護病房、11人住院。

衛生局調查，春捲皮購自屏東和生市場，蛋皮購自高雄鳳農市場，其他餡料由2位廚工烹煮完成，包春捲由志工完成，志工包春捲時，有戴口罩、手套，桌面也鋪設保鮮膜，包完就分送院內人員食用。

到底是哪個環節出問題，衛生局進一步調查。(中央社)
