萬元男愚人節玩笑? 偷120元巧克力被捕

〔自由時報記者黃欣柏／新北報導〕新北市蘇姓男子昨身懷1萬元現鈔，卻到超商偷取總價僅120元的巧克力，他被逮後出示現鈔，辯稱「忘記結帳」，絕非蓄意偷竊，因昨適逢愚人節，店員虧稱：「你在跟我開玩笑嗎？」

67歲蘇姓男子是退休工人，有竊盜前科，昨天上午11時，他帶著1萬元現鈔出門，準備到銀行繳信用卡費；未料，行經中和員山路卻走進超商，將架上4盒（單價30元）的杏仁巧克力，其中2條塞進胸前口袋、2條放進塑膠袋後離開。

王姓店員發現蘇男形跡可疑，等他踏出店門立刻攔阻，蘇男擔心店員報警，辯稱自己「忘記有沒有結帳」、「只是開玩笑」，昨適逢愚人節，店員忍不住嗆：「你是在跟我開玩笑嗎？」其他客人見兩人爭吵，趕緊報案，隨後積穗派出所員警將蘇男逮捕。

蘇男供稱，孫子很喜歡吃該款巧克力，趁出門繳卡費時，順路到超商購買，拿完商品卻忘記結帳；他並出示身上1萬元現鈔，強調身上有錢，絕非蓄意偷竊。

王姓店員則告訴警方，「對方編了一堆理由想脫罪」，但他認為蘇男舉動顯然就是偷竊，即使其他客人不幫忙報案，他也會報警逮人。
