天生剋星邱豐光　陳福祥2次都栽在他手上

陳福祥逃亡12天，被新上任的台北市警局長邱豐光逮捕歸案。不過其實13年前，陳福祥就曾栽在邱豐光手上。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，13年前陳福祥因策劃劫囚案，被當時的市刑大大隊長邱豐光逮捕，13年後陳福祥又犯下西門町雙屍命案，邱豐光剛好又從台中北上轉任台北市警局長，再度栽在他手下，也被外界視作是「陳福祥剋星」。(葉國吏/綜合報導)
