柯文哲：監聽改「登記制」更快破案

台北市長柯文哲今天表示，就西門町雙屍案，若行政程序的監聽和調通聯紀錄，改成先斬後奏的的登記制，將會更快破案。

台北市長柯文哲今天在萬華警分局表揚有功警察人員，做出上述表示。
