標題[請問] 旅遊退費

這星期五(8/22)我跟弟弟就要出國了 這兩天弟弟發生一點事情，還暈倒 身體非常不適 弟弟回到家後 其實連寫字的力氣都沒有 也因為這樣弟弟可能沒有辦法出國 但旅行社一定要跟我們 要醫生證明 有醫生證明說他目前確定無法出國 才能退部分的錢給我們 證明又需要他本人 但連寫字力氣都沒有嘞 又變成要他寫委託書 由我去拿 還要我跟他的雙證件 重點是 連他本人都不知道他身分證那些在哪也說不出來 這樣我要怎退阿..... 有沒有更簡單有快速申請醫生證明呢 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.135.236.52 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1408448603.A.F11.html
