國際油價持續下跌，民航局宣布，國內線離峰早鳥機票優惠將再擴大，要求航空公司的5至7折優惠票比例，從2成提高至3成，預定明天生效，優惠期限將到2月底。

民航局從去(2014)年12月15日開始實施擴大國內線機票優惠，將航空公司原本20％的7折優惠票中的10％，要降為5折至65折，優惠時間到今年1月底。

依據民航局國內航空票價機制，只要中油公告的國內航空燃油價格連續3個月平均達每公升21.74元時，將啟動票價調降機制。雖然現在油價還沒有降到這個標準，無法啟動票價調降機制，但為了讓民眾對油價降價有感，民航局經與航空公司協調後，決定將優惠再擴大。

於是將20％的5折至7折優惠票比例擴大到30％，仍是5折至65折、7折各占一半，皆是屬於早鳥票，所以若是在起飛前辦理退票，最多將收取25％的退票費用。
