​海研五號失事　確認是人為疏失

「海研五號」海洋研究船去年10月10號晚間在澎湖海域沈沒，釀成2人死亡的不幸意外。負責失事調查的航港局，邀集專家學者組成的「海事評議委員會」昨天召開第2次會議，擔任「海事評議委員會」主任委員的航港局局長祁文中表示，委員就事故的肇因一致認為與人為疏失有關，偏航造成觸礁，同時對於相關當事人的責任也形成共識，在下周完成結論報告的文字再確認，即陳報交通部，屆時相關當事人的責任， 將由航港局依據評議會的決議予以處分。（陳如嬌／台北報導）
