教長承諾學運不會秋後算帳

立委林佳龍上午質詢表示，這次太陽花學運有很多海外留學生聲援，會不會被約談、秋後算帳？教育部長蔣偉寧表示，如果發生任何從教育體系內的約談或秋後算帳，他願意負全部責任。

蔣偉寧表示，這次學運確實有跨越法治紅線行為，這部分需要更有智慧來處理。他也承諾，對國內外所有參與、支持反服貿的學生，絕對不會秋後算帳。

林佳龍進一步要求教長承諾，只要有一個學生被約談，蔣偉寧就要下台負責。國民黨立委潘維剛反嗆，有違法的事司法當然要約談。蔣偉寧表示，如果教育體系內有秋後算帳，他願意負全部責任。

立委何欣純問，如果學生面臨司法責任時，教育部和大學要如何協助？蔣偉寧表示，大學可提供諮商及法律協助。
