俄國對中國大開投資之門

據俄羅斯高級官員指出，由於美、歐對俄國實施制裁，俄國總統普亭計劃對中國大陸資金大開投資之門，吸引陸資進駐，以免經濟陷入衰退。開放產業包括住宅、基礎建設及天然資源等多項。

不過俄國仍設有「紅線」區，包括黃金／白金礦、礦石礦及高科技計畫，不歡迎大陸投資。

普亭5月將訪問中國，預料雙方將簽署天然氣供應合約。2012年 (最新資料)中國是俄國的第二大貿易夥伴，僅次於德國。

官員表示，俄國邀請大陸加入艾爾加開發計畫，考慮雙方合作開發庫頁島的石油及天然氣，也希望中國協助俄國興建一座從俄國本土連接克里米亞半島的跨海大橋，興建成本至少14億美元。
