初經甚麼時後才會走呢?

月經"通常"1~2周就會走
也有人3~5天結束
當然...如果你這段期間吃了當歸之類補血的東西...會拖更久才結束
如果吃或喝了含有咖啡因的食物或飲料，會促進子宮收縮，使血量一次變多，也會較早結束唷~
不過...攝取咖啡因來使他早結束其實對身體不是很好，盡量避免如此...寒性食物(瓜類等)冰涼品也盡量避免唷...
