Sony手機修理與line備份

我的Sony ZR (C5502)摔到了, 不能開機. 但是充電線連上時, 螢幕會顯示開機時"Sony"字幕的畫面, 然後跳掉, 然後又顯示Sony"字幕的畫面, 然後再跳掉..., 不停; 通訊行說, 這機子ok, 且還在保固期內(我今年六月底買的), 重灌就好了, 不用花錢.

我的問題:
1. 請問, 真的就那麼簡單嗎?
2. 我想要保留相簿和Line的資料, 有機會嗎? (非常重要)
3. 還是, 可以建議我到哪裡修理?(在台北)
