【更新】好辛酸！遭毆街友　只要屁孩賠300元就好

2名屁孩去年10月在新北市中和四號公園以戲弄街友為樂，深夜拿著甩棍痛打高齡73歲的廖姓街友，相隔不到10分鐘又拿著安全帽到公園毆打他，經過臉書「加藤鷹台灣粉絲團 2.0」揭露影片後，網友肉搜後查出毆打街友的2名屁孩身分，警方約談2名屁孩後，今天在蘆洲找到遭毆的廖姓街友。

廖姓街友表示，當天他在公園內睡得迷迷糊糊不知道誰打他，他透過警方知道2名毆打他的青少年有悔意，所以他選擇原諒，不會對他們提告，但希望他們賠償 300元的醫藥費。

廖姓街友的家人透露，他不喜歡住在家裡，因此都露宿在四號公園內，好幾次將他帶回家後，他卻不告而別又四處流浪。警方表示，雖然目前廖姓街友對2名青少年不提告，但還是會將2人依違反《少年事件處理法》函送少年法庭。（莊淇鈞／新北報導）
