BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS 問題

有沒有大大也在使用BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS

上個月買的BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS消光黑

BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS連接手機跟電腦藍芽功能都一切正常

可是BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS接上耳機線就會變成只有左耳有聲音右耳沒有

線是BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS上面副的全新沒用過

BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS開起藍芽兩邊都正常

不知道問題所在

BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS藍芽跟接線模式有需要切換嗎?

是否跟ANC模式有關係?

拜託有經驗的大大幫忙處理
