「婉君」當道！去年九合一選舉國民黨遭受挫敗，新任黨主席朱立倫說，未來黨公職提名也希望能獲得網路世代，也就是可能引進「i-Voting」機制，但有藍營立委質疑，是不是鼓勵大家去養網軍，養網軍養越多的人是不是就可以越上？

為了更貼近民意，朱立倫昨(25)日南下屏東，為國民黨立委參選人廖婉汝輔選時，未來在提名不管是區域跟不分區，一定會考量現有的民調，而民調不一定是傳統的、家庭的電話調查，也要考慮到其他的，包括網路世代所有的資訊，讓所有的候選人，也能夠得到網路族，或是所有新世代的支持。

對此，國民黨籍立委羅淑蕾接受電子媒體訪問時說，假如全部都用i-Voting的話，是不是鼓勵大家去養網軍，養網軍養越多的人是不是就可以越上？她認為，國民黨輸是因為政策錯誤才造成整個選舉的失敗，不要一直都認為輸在網軍；應該調整一些好的政策，只要民眾荷包都是飽飽的話，選舉就一定會贏。

而對於國民黨可能在明年立委選舉就採用i-Voting，PTT鄉民也譏諷，黨內初選還不是拚人頭黨員，有差嗎？麻煩改叫k-Voting，不要弄髒了i-Voting。
