歐盟2030年以前碳減排40%

歐盟領袖23日同意一項有里程碑意義的氣候變遷協定，包括承諾在2030年以前減排溫室氣體40%。歐洲理事會主席范宏畢說：「2030年以前至少減排40%。大家同意了全球雄心最大，最合乎成本效益、公平的歐盟2030年氣候能源政策。」他表示，歐洲領袖另外還同意增供27%再生能源。
