鈔票會掉漆 央行：油墨無毒

黑心食品爆不完，民眾把矛頭指向央行，因新台幣會掉漆，認為「新台幣也黑心」；央行昨天強調，部分鈔券可能有少許油墨沾染問題，但油墨不具毒性，對人體健康不會產生不良影響。

央行官員解釋，自94年發行新台幣1,000元鈔券以來，民眾使用情形良好。中央印製廠在印製鈔券時，過程都有嚴謹標準作業流程，且在印製完成庫儲1年後，才會在市面流通。

官員表示，正常使用下，應該不會有紙鈔油墨褪色的問題；但是民眾如果刻意搓摩，導致鈔券防偽凹版墨膜受損，就有可能造成少許油墨沾染；且經查世界各國的鈔券發行經驗，都有這種現象。

央行強調，中央印製廠鈔券印製原料採購過程嚴謹，符合政府採購法規定，其中鈔券油墨原料更是符合歐盟安全標準EN-71（玩具安全規範）規定，不具毒性，亦不會對人體健康產生不良影響，民眾可安心使用。
