KT最近正在閉關期,瘋狂的做菜拍照寫稿,好久沒那麼認真了說不過忙碌是好事,感謝主,讓我有機會持續不斷的忙忙忙。

看看Blog,似乎很久沒分享甜點了呢!台灣前陣子超熱門的雷神巧克力實在無緣吃到,也不知道箇中滋味,但又看了很心癢,好想吃很濃郁的巧克力甜點,今天就來個超容易的30秒巧克力火山岩漿蛋糕吧!

這份食譜完全沒有用到蛋,對雞蛋過敏的孩子也可以吃喔!如果對牛奶也過敏,可直接改成水或豆漿皆可,做法無敵簡單,連2歲的小咪都會做,唯一要用的工具只有一根「湯匙」,將所有材料丟進馬克杯攪一攪,放進微波爐30秒噹一下就好,口感非常濕潤滑順又醇厚,濃郁如絲綢般的巧克力緩緩流動著,是好吃到小宇宙會爆炸的火山岩漿蛋糕喔!

<材料> 1人份

可可粉........1.5小匙
鬆餅粉........1.5大匙
蜂蜜........1大匙
牛奶........3大匙(可換成水或豆漿)
巧克力........1大匙(1小塊)
橄欖油........1/2小匙
糖粉........少許
