KT最近正在閉關期，瘋狂的做菜拍照寫稿，好久沒那麼認真了說不過忙碌是好事，感謝主，讓我有機會持續不斷的忙忙忙。

看看Blog，似乎很久沒分享甜點了呢！台灣前陣子超熱門的雷神巧克力實在無緣吃到，也不知道箇中滋味，但又看了很心癢，好想吃很濃郁的巧克力甜點，今天就來個超容易的30秒巧克力火山岩漿蛋糕吧！

這份食譜完全沒有用到蛋，對雞蛋過敏的孩子也可以吃喔！如果對牛奶也過敏，可直接改成水或豆漿皆可，做法無敵簡單，連2歲的小咪都會做，唯一要用的工具只有一根「湯匙」，將所有材料丟進馬克杯攪一攪，放進微波爐30秒噹一下就好，口感非常濕潤滑順又醇厚，濃郁如絲綢般的巧克力緩緩流動著，是好吃到小宇宙會爆炸的火山岩漿蛋糕喔！

<材料> 1人份

可可粉........1.5小匙
鬆餅粉........1.5大匙
蜂蜜........1大匙
牛奶........3大匙（可換成水或豆漿）
巧克力........1大匙（1小塊）
橄欖油........1/2小匙
糖粉........少許
