頂新獻金案 宣明智遭特偵組約談

民進黨立委段宜康上週因馬英九政治獻金案到特偵組作證時表示，他已提供資料給檢察官。特偵組今(12)日下午3點以證人身分約談聯電榮譽副董事長宣明智，經過約50分鐘的詢問後，宣明智僅對媒體表示：「做人要誠實以對，已向檢察官說明案情」。

段宜康日前在政論節目中爆料指出，2008年總統大選期間，有位電子業大亨捐2億元給馬英九，段宜康雖不願證實該電子大亨的身分，但段當時透露，這位電子業大亨最近請一頓飯，並鬧出很大的新聞，令外界聯想到前陣子宣明智牽線邀請台北市長柯文哲與海協會會長陳德銘餐敘破局之事，因此猜測該大亨很可能是宣明智。

宣明智今天在進入特偵組時，不發一語，接受偵訊約50分鐘後，他則表示，已跟檢察官說明，對外他不方便評論，隨即離開。
