當您在使用一些採用P2P架構共享多台不同主機間的資源時，當你在抓別人的資源的同時別人也正在使用您的電腦網路的上傳頻寛來共同傳送分享資料，不過有時後上傳或是下載的頻寛佔用的太大的時後會讓電腦中的所有需要用到網路頻寛的服務都變的很慢。
